SOLD: From Bell & Finch Studio Shop, here is an exquisite one-of-a-kind china cabinet. Beautifully hand-painted by shop owner/artist June Parrish Cookson. Chinoiserie inspired theme features bird-and-floral; and basketweave borders. Overall imagery was applied using custom chalk paint in various colors of peacock blue, cream white, black, metallic gold, and pigmented black ink. Interior upper shelving (with plate racks) including drawer and lower compartment has ample storage.

Motif design work enhanced with metallic gold, and black ink. Both side panels have matching designs. Drawers including the two side doors offer ample storage space. 

Item professionally sprayed with (matte) water based polyurethane clear varnish. Results ensure an attractive velvety patina including lasting durability.  

Solid wood construction, and structurally sound. Item in excellent condition for its age from the 1940s era. Artist signature and shop logo located on the backside.

SOLD (February 3rd, 2019)! From Bell & Finch Studio Shop, here is an exquisite one-of-a-kind credenza. Beautifully hand-painted by shop owner/artist June Parrish Cookson. The overall highly detailed original design was inspired by various Anglo-Indian, Islamic and Asian decor styles. Painted with custom made recipe of gesso, water-based colorants, metallic paint, and permanent ink. Sides have matching motif designs. All three drawers including the two side doors offer ample storage space. Middle drawer has six separate compartments.

Professionally sprayed with (matte) water based polyurethane clear varnish. Results ensure an attractive velvety patina including lasting durability. Additionally, interior compartments painted and varnished. 

Solid wood construction, and structurally sound. Original hardware and casters. Item is in excellent condition for its age from the 1940s era. Artist signature and shop logo located on the backside. 

Countless hours and labor were involved to create this gorgeous decorative item. An exceptional treasure to be handed down through generations to come.
